Join Idaho Environmental Forum as we plow into the intersection of farming, ranching, and climate policy through the Food and Agriculture Climate Alliance (FACA).
Back in February 2020, before we were wearing masks and when there was still a field of Democratic Presidential candidates, an unlikely coalition of agriculture industry groups and environmental groups came together to draft carbon policy. FACA released its recommendations just after the Presidential election in November 2020.
Join us to hear first-hand from two people involved in those policy recommendations, what they could mean on the ground for agriculture and food, and finding hope and partnership during a hyper-partisan time.
